Directions

weybridgeTrain

Weybridge Train Station is approximately 1 mile from the Weybridge office.  Weybridge Station is operated by South West Trains with around four to five trains per hour running to and from London Waterloo. The journey time is approximately 35 minutes.   There is a regular shuttle service from the train station to the office.  Please see reception to collect your bus pass.  Visitors to site need to inform the driver on the bus that they are visiting the office.

Car

The office is located 5 miles from junction 10 of the M25 motorway.

Car Parking

All staff members wishing to park their vehicles in the main car park area in front of Building 2 will be required to have a car parking permit.

To apply for a permit, you will need to provide the reception team with your vehicle registration as well as make, model and colour. Once they have this information they will be able to issue you with a permit.

Please update Reception if you intend to leave your vehicle in the car park overnight.  The Heights is not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles.

Booking in Visitors

All visitors are required to sign in at reception.  All visitors coming to the office need to have a parking bay reserved prior to visit.  This can be arranged by emailing reception.brooklands@alliance-healthcare.net

Access Methodsweybridge reception

All employees are issued with a personalized access control identity card that determines the extent of their movement within the building. Reception are responsible for the taking of staff photographs and maintaining the database.

Should you lose your card this must be reported immediately to reception or your Line Manager.

If the card is returned or found again it should be handed back to FM Solutions Team.
