Directions

Car

(Northbound) on M1 – combining routes M42, M69, M6

Exit the M1 at Junction 24 and follow signpost for A453 Nottingham. Continue along road (A453), following signs for Nottingham.  When joining the dual carriageway on the flyover past Clifton, follow exit signs for Lenton Industrial Estate. On the exit of the slip road, take first exit on the roundabout, following signs for Dunkirk Industrial Estate. At mini roundabout, take first exit onto Thane Road. Continue to the site entrance.

(Southbound) on M1 – combining routes M62, M18 and A610

Exit the M1 at Junction 25 and follow signs for Nottingham (A52). Follow the A52 for 5 miles until reaching roundabout, take 3rd exit signposted Grantham, Birmingham and Melton (Lenton Boulevard). Continue straight ahead over flyover for 500 meters, follow exit signs for Dunkirk Industrial Estate. Take the third exit off the roundabout. At mini roundabout, take first exit, onto Thane Road. Continue to the site entrance.

Train

Nottingham Train Station and Beeston Train Station are the nearest train stations to the Beeston site.  For the latest train times, visit the East Midlands Trains website for more information.  Taxis are available between both stations and the Beeston site.

Security Gate Information

At Beeston, there are two main entrances to the site.  The team can provide you with onsite direction and site maps.  They will direct you to the closest car park with spaces and will also conduct random identity checks on entry to site.  When you leave site your vehicle may be subject to a search by the Site Protection team; this is a condition of your employment and site use.  If you have items of Boots product in your vehicle then you will need to produce a receipt for the purchase.

Tail gating is prohibited at all gates and can be very dangerous.

Thane Road Entrance (Visitors Entrance)

Access and manned gatehouse: 24 hours / 7 days a week

Visitors to site should be instructed to use this entrance

Beeston Entrance (Staff Only)

Monday – Sunday   05:00 – 23:00

Harrimans Lane (HGV vehicles only)

This gate may be opened in the event of severe site traffic congestion look out for diversion signs.

If the barriers don’t automatically work, please speak to the Site Protection officer on duty who will be able to manually open the barrier. 

The speed limit through the gate is 5mph.

Parking

When you drive onto site, you will see a sign informing you of those car parks that are full and those which still have spaces.  For visitors, the team will indicate the closest car park for your convenience. If you intend to leave your vehicle overnight or longer, please update the Site Protection team by calling 723648 or 0115 959 3648.

There is a visitors car park outside D90 Reception which has limited spaces and should not be used by colleagues.

There is an electrical charger on site for visitors that have electric vehicles.  Please click on this link for location of charge points.

Booking In Visitors

Ensure that the visitors are arriving via Thane Road entrance and contact Reception beforehand advising that there will be visitors to site.  The preferred method of contact is email: D90.Reception@boots.co.uk
